Our destination services team can help promote your convention or meeting by providing you with brochures to display at your convention, or they can be mailed out along with registration materials.
Temporary Staffing / Assistance
Our registrars are well known for their efficiency and graciousness, providing you and your attendees with expertise and southern hospitality. They’re happy to assist with your on-site registration desk, scan or check badges at breakouts, prepare conference bags and other tasks as needed – available every day of the week.
Visitor / Destination Information Booth
During your convention, we’ll provide a complimentary staffed visitor information table to help your attendees plan their free time and get acquainted with Little Rock.
We can provide 4" X 3" color name badges with for a nominal fee.
If your convention is using three or more hotels, we can manage the housing process for your attendees for a nominal fee. This includes an online portal for making room reservations 24/7 for all of your contracted hotels and a destination services staff member to assist with any questions during the process.
Media / Marketing Assistance
The LRCVB Marketing & Communications staff is available to provide media and marketing assistance for your event to include local media contact lists, press release reviews and distribution, a mayoral welcome letter, social media posts, and a Little Rock photo and video library.
Planning Assistance / Special Event Venue Information
Our Destination Services Manager can assist with planning your event by offering group activity ideas and contacts, providing resources and ideas for offsite event spaces and group restaurants, transportation options, service project ideas and much more.
