Attendance Promotion

To help promote your convention we can provide attendance stimulation brochures to you at no charge for up to 2 ½ times your expected attendance. We also offer mailing services if needed.

Registrar Service

Our southern hospitality shows in our bonded registrar services. We can assist you with registration at the convention registration desk at any meeting site around Little Rock. Our registrars are well-known for their efficiency, graciousness and warmth, and they have a word processor available for typing badges on-site for any members who have not pre-registered.

Pre-Registration Assistance

We can handle the registration process for your event. We will customize the registration to meet your group’s specific needs. The service includes name badges, event tickets and confirmation of registrations to attendees. There is a nominal charge for this service.

Attendee Name Badges

If we are handling your pre-registration, we provide 3x4 attendee name badges at no additional charge. If you are handling your own pre-registration, we can provide your attendees with name badges for a nominal fee.

Housing

If your convention is using 2 or more hotels, we can handle the housing of your attendees. We will design your housing form and provide each delegate a housing acknowledgement. This service is at no charge to your group.

Promotional Items

There are a variety of different brochures about the Little Rock area available to your group. Also available for a small fee are "little rock" lapel pins (literally a little rock).
