Meet Your Facility Event Coordinators
You are in good hands when you plan a meeting or convention at one of the centers operated by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau. Our knowledgeable coordinators work with you throughout the planning process serving as a liaison between the center staff and your planning team.
Full service coordination doesn’t end when your meeting starts. When you plan a meeting at our facilities, our personal facility Event Coordinators will be there to trouble shoot for you and to ensure that everything goes just as it was planned during your event.
